Our story started with iPhone screens. That’s our DNA — understanding the difference between a good part and one that only looks good. Over time, we expanded into all smartphone spare parts: batteries, cameras, flex cables, charge ports and we learned the hard way what goes wrong when you take a supplier’s word for it.

In 2019, we launched a full-device buyback program in Europe through Smartgrade, co-founded with our third partner Harmonie Dutillieux, who now serves as President. Together, we built one of the most competitive and trusted asset recovery operations on the continent.

But something clicked.

We thought: Why should we keep this advantage to ourselves?
Every refurbisher in Europe is working hard. They deserve to succeed.
And that’s when Allied was born — to let others benefit from the same local insight, testing power, and trust-building process that helped us grow.

We’re proud to have a tight-knit, experienced team of over 30 professionals, from sourcing specialists and quality managers to logistics experts, testers, and graders. Many have been with us since the early days — including three incredible managers who’ve been by our side for more than a decade.

Our core Chinese team is fully integrated into Western quality expectations, and vice versa — we’ve spent years aligning cultural understanding with technical know-how. That’s why we don’t just check devices. We know what European clients expect, and we bake that into everything we do — from grading protocols to final packing.
